In the mix: oat bran, naner, chia seeds, water, cinnamon, stevia, vanilla. This bowl was steaming so I added some Chobani Strawberry Banana yogurt to awesome it off.
The yogurt didn’t assist as much as I would have liked. I dislike that I don’t truly enjoy hot oats when the weather condition gets warmer. I always struggle with this since I’m persuaded that oats are the “healthiest, most filling” breakfast option, however dislike making myself eat something I don’t like. summertime breakfast choices are coming soon ?
